The Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym is a compact weight machine powered by 95kg (210lbs) of Bowflex Power Rod® resistance.
Unlike conventional weight machines that use stacks of weights, the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym uses an exclusive Power Rod resistance mechanism that allows you to perform over 60 full body exercises.
The variations to your workout on the Xtreme SEare endless. Thanks to the multiple cable pulley positions, you can easily change your angle of resistance and increase the effectiveness of many exercises.
The gym style vertical workout position means a compact size taking up less space in your home.
The Xtreme comes standard with (95kg 210 pounds) of power rod resistance, however, when you're ready for even more of a challenge, you can upgrade your workout to 310 or 410 pounds.

How do the Upgrade Rods work?
The rods included with your Bowflex Xtreme Home Gym deliver 210lbs of resistance. To increase the resistance, first you need to acquire the 141kg (310lbs) rod upgrade kit. Only then, once you're comfortable enough, you can acquire the 186kg (410lbs) rod upgrade kit.
